Dans le cadre du think tank africaniste AFRICA 21 pour la promotion et la mise en œuvre des Objectifs de Développement Durable, Pierre CHAMPSAVOIR fut invité à modérer un panel d'experts pour échanger sur l'importance de l’Agenda 2030 dans un contexte de transformation de la coopération internationale en Afrique.

Celle-ci est portée par de nouvelles dynamiques sud-sud et l'évolution des modèles de financement et de mise en œuvre des programmes. Pour analyser cette situation, l'auteur étudie ici le contexte, les risques et les opportunités autour d'une approche systémique basée sur 6 composantes de la coopération internationale : choix des thématiques, accès aux financements, définition des programmes, choix des partenaires, transfert aux bénéficiaires, mesure des impacts réels.

Within the framework of the africanist think tank AFRICA 21 for the promotion and implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals, Pierre CHAMPSAVOIR was invited to moderate a panel of experts to discuss the importance of the 2030 Agenda in a context of transformation of international cooperation in Africa.

This is driven by new South-South dynamics and changing models of financing and implementation of programs. To analyze this situation, the author studies the context, the risks and the opportunities around a systemic approach based on 6 components of international cooperation: choice of themes, access to funding, definition of programs, choice of partners, transfer to beneficiaries, measurement of real impacts.
